By accessing or using the Open Bias website and services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Open Bias provides policy enforcement tools for AI agents, including real-time violation detection, observability dashboards, and related developer tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services

The Open Bias open-source software is licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. The Open Bias name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Open Bias and may not be used without prior written permission.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Open Bias shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Open Bias and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
